Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries, which may include member/policyholder health benefit queries
  • Educate members/policyholders about their benefits and options
  • Resolve customer issues and record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions
  • Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances and appeals to the appropriate parties

Qualifications

  • 10+2 or bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification
  • Proficiency in Spanish speaking skills
  • Fully Bilingual - English/Spanish. Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills

Additional Requirements

  • 10+2 or bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification
  • Prior experience in the US healthcare industry would be an added advantage
